Mauá faz novo mutirão de vacinação contra a Covid neste fim de semana

Imunização no sábado (19/02) será em 5 UBSs; no domingo (20/02), as doses serão aplicadas na Coop do Zaíra

Para ampliar a população vacinada contra a Covid, a Prefeitura de Mauá faz um novo mutirão no fim de semana. No sábado (19/02), as UBSs (Unidades Básicas de Saúde) Primavera, Oratório, Zaíra 2, Parque das Américas e Kennedy imunizarão todos os públicos da campanha (pessoas a partir dos 5 anos), das 9h às 16h.

Nos bairros destas unidades, os agentes comunitários de saúde irão em busca daqueles munícipes que ainda não tomaram a vacina ou estão em atraso com alguma das doses.

No domingo (20/02), das 9h às 14h, os agentes de saúde estarão aplicando as doses de vacina na Coop — Cooperativa de Consumo (Avenida Barão de Mauá, 1.389, na entrada do Jardim Zaíra).

As crianças de 5 a 11 anos devem estar com os pais ou responsáveis. Aquelas que tomaram uma das vacinas do calendário de rotina deverão esperar 15 dias para ser imunizadas.

O público com comorbidades deste grupo etário precisa comprovar a condição por meio de receituário, exames ou relatório médico. Confira a lista no https://tinyurl.com/lista-comorbidades

Jovens de 12 a 17 anos também devem estar acompanhados pelo
responsável e com a carteira de vacinação atualizada.

O registro no site vacinaja.sp.gov.br agiliza o atendimento — há necessidade do número do CPF da criança para efetivar a inscrição.

Quem for tomar a segunda ou terceira doses deve levar o comprovante de vacinação e documento com foto (CNH ou RG).

Mauá já aplicou 857.163 vacinas, sendo que 52,2% das crianças de 5 a 11 já receberam a primeira dose ou única.

É possível ajudar a combater a fome na cidade ao se imunizar. Doe qualquer alimento da cesta básica para a campanha ‘Mauá na luta contra a fome’ no dia em que for se vacinar. Não é obrigatório, mas ajudará muito a quem não tem o mínimo para colocar na mesa.

A Prefeitura reforça o pedido às pessoas seguirem com os cuidados sanitários. Use corretamente a máscara, mantenha a higiene das mãos frequentemente e o distanciamento físico. Evite aglomerações.

Santo André realiza feira de adoção de animais neste sábado

Edição do evento “Eu amo, eu adoto” será realizada no Parque Celso Daniel

Santo André, 17 de fevereiro de 2022 – A Prefeitura de Santo André promove neste sábado (19) mais uma edição da feira de adoção “Eu amo, eu adoto”. O evento ocorrerá das 10h às 13h, no Parque Celso Daniel, com animais filhotes, adultos e idosos a espera de um novo lar.

Para adotar, o interessado deve ter mais de 18 anos, apresentar o comprovante de endereço em nome do proprietário e documentos pessoais, como RG e CPF.

Além disso, passará por breve entrevista, inclusive com assinatura do termo de compromisso pela posse responsável.

A feira de adoção “Eu amo, eu adoto” foi lançada em 2017 e até agora já garantiu um novo lar para 3.539 cães e gatos. Além dos animais tutelados no local, a iniciativa também dá espaço para a participação daqueles cadastrados por protetoras.

Dados da Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Produtos para Animais de Estimação (Abinpet) apontam a existência de 25,6 milhões de gatos nos lares do Brasil. O levantamento revela ainda que, de 2019 para 2020, o crescimento médio geral de felinos no país foi de 3,6%.

Com a fama de ‘animais misteriosos’ e dotados de comportamentos especiais que superam a curiosidade humana, os gatos são animais fantásticos que despertam amor e carinho onde habitam e até possuem uma data própria. O ‘Dia Mundial do Gato’ é celebrado no dia 17 de fevereiro.

Os bichanos são especiais, e quem é pai ou mãe de um gato sabe disso. Muitos tutores até percebem que o seu pet às vezes sente que alguma visita vai chegar. Pois é, gatos conseguem escutar até três vezes mais que os seres humanos, e possuem a capacidade de escutar sons que nós humanos não conseguimos detectar, como por exemplo o som de algumas presas.

“Outra característica extremamente importante é o olfato da espécie, que costuma ser em média vinte vezes mais potente que o nosso. Isso também acontece porque os gatos deixam marcas no ambiente, justamente para ter mais segurança”, declara Thais Matos, médica veterinária da DohHero, maior empresa de serviços para pets na América Latina.

A médica veterinária explica que essas marcas costumam ser deixadas pela arranhadura e pela marcação da face e outras partes do corpo, onde feromônios e outros cheiros serão depositados ali. “Marcar o seu território é a principal maneira que o gato tem de se sentir mais seguro e menos ameaçado. Hospital Metropolitano Santa Cecília fará cerca de 700 cirurgias em 2 meses

Inicialmente com dedicação exclusiva à Covid-19, unidade estadual aproveita baixa de casos para realização de cirurgias eletivas

Parceria entre a Fundação do ABC e o Governo do Estado de São Paulo, o Hospital Estadual Metropolitano Santa Cecília deu início neste ano à realização de cirurgias eletivas. Inaugurado em meados de abril de 2021 como Hospital de Campanha do Governo do Estado, exclusivo para o atendimento de casos de Covid-19, o equipamento de saúde está entre as principais ferramentas do Poder Público no combate à pandemia. Com a recente diminuição no volume de internações, abriu-se espaço para a diversificação dos serviços ofertados.

Desde 5 de janeiro já foram efetuadas 578 cirurgias. Até o final de fevereiro, a expectativa é atingir 693. Entre os procedimentos realizados estão cirurgias ginecológicas, cirurgia geral – inclusive por videoscopia –, varizes através de ‘espuma’ e exames de histeroscopia diagnóstica.

“Com a chegada da variante Ômicron no final de 2021, tivemos um novo aumento de casos de Covid-19 no hospital. Contudo, o volume ainda era muito inferior ao pico de casos que enfrentamos especialmente no primeiro semestre do ano passado. Por essa razão, propusemos ao Governo do Estado a abertura de um serviço específico para cirurgias eletivas, totalmente apartado das alas de Covid-19, com intuito de contribuir com o sistema de saúde na diminuição de filas de espera por esse tipo de procedimento”, informa a diretora-geral do Hospital Santa Cecília, Dra. Sandra Giron Gallo.

A dirigente explica que, para a abertura do novo serviço, foi montado um Ambulatório Pré-Cirúrgico no 1º Andar, no local onde funcionava a Visita Virtual – transferida para o piso Térreo. O Centro Cirúrgico foi ativado no 6º andar, que passou a ser exclusivo para as cirurgias eletivas, assim como o 2º e 3º andares, que somam 35 leitos de Enfermaria, 10 de Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI) para retaguarda e 8 para recuperação pós-anestésica.

No campo do combate à Covid-19, o Hospital Estadual Metropolitano Santa Cecília segue como referência estadual, ofertando total de 93 leitos, sendo 5 de estabilização, 40 de UTI e 48 de Enfermaria.

Nesta semana, a nova presidente da Fundação do ABC, Dra. Regina Maura Zetone Grespan, juntamente com o dirigente Décio Teixeira Prates Júnior, esteve no Hospital Santa Cecília para conversar com a Diretoria e conhecer as novas alas da unidade.

Cidade de São Paulo chega a marca de 70% do público infantil vacinado

O número corresponde a 750 mil crianças imunizadas

A cidade de São Paulo atingiu uma importante marca na vacinação do público infantil. Assim, o município chegou a 70% de imunização em crianças de 5 a 11 anos. Dessa forma, o número chegou a 750 mil crianças da capital que receberam pelo menos a primeira dose da vacina contra o Covid-19.

A meta do Estado de São Paulo é chegar a 1,1 milhão de pessoas vacinadas nesta faixa etária. O público entre 6 e 11 anos, recebem a CoronaVac. Enquanto isso, as crianças de cinco anos e de 5 a 11 anos com grande grau de imunossupressão recebem a Pfizer pediátrica.

De acordo com documentos da FDA (Agência de Alimentos e Medicamentos dos Estados Unidos), a vacina produzida pela Pfizer oferece proteção de 90,7% em crianças. Por conta disso, o país aprovou a vacina dia 22 de outubro e iniciou a vacinação neste público em 3 de novembro.

Enquanto isso, no Grande ABC, mais de 157 mil crianças foram vacinadas, chegando a porcentagem de 63% desse público. A melhor cidade da região é Ribeirão Pires, com 89% da faixa etária entre 5 a 11 anos imunizada.

Na sequência, São Caetano, com 70,4%. São Bernardo e Santo André estão próximos, com 67,7% e 65,3%, respectivamente. Diadema tem 60,4% e Rio Grande da Serra com 60,1%. E por fim, Mauá, com um pouco mais da metade das crianças vacinadas, 51%.

Contudo, o Estado de São Paulo já vacinou cerca de 2,3 milhões de crianças entre 5 e 11 anos de idade, o número corresponde a 58,3% desse público vacinado.

Prefeitura de São Caetano capacita agentes da Estratégia Saúde da Família sobre violência doméstica

A Prefeitura de São Caetano do Sul capacitou 200 agentes comunitários de saúde para o atendimento de vítimas de violência doméstica. A iniciativa teve a participação do coordenador dos agentes, Fábio Pawlyszyn, e palestras da advogada especialista em violência doméstica Maria Aparecida da Silva.

Os encontros ocorreram nas UBSs (Unidades Básicas de Saúde) João Bonaparte, no Bairro Santa Paula, e Dolores Massei, no Bairro São José. O público foi formado por agentes comunitários de saúde, auxiliares de apoio sanitário e toda a equipe da ESF (Estratégia Saúde da Família).

“O assunto é abrangente. Tem como foco a identificação do ato de violência, conhecimento dos fluxos para orientar as vítimas, que são em maior parte mulheres e idosos. Abordamos temas como conhecimento da lei e todos os recursos para preservar e abrigar a vítima, inclusive programa de reabilitação para o agressor, fornecendo momento de reflexão e de mudança comportamental”, ressaltou Pawlyszyn.

São Bernardo libera agendamento da 2ª dose para crianças de 6 a 11 anos contra a Covid-19

Vacinados com a Coronavac começam a ser imunizados na próxima segunda-feira (21/2) nas 33 Unidades Básicas de Saúde do município

A Prefeitura de São Bernardo avança na imunização de crianças com a liberação, a partir desta quinta-feira (17/2), do agendamento para a 2ª dose contra a Covid-19 no público de 6 a 11 anos vacinado com a Coronavac. O cadastro é obrigatório e deve ser realizado no site da Prefeitura (www.saobernardo.sp.gov.br/web/coronavirus) ou no aplicativo SBC na Palma da Mão. A doses começam a ser aplicadas na próxima segunda-feira (21/2) nas 33 Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBS) do município.

Para o prefeito Orlando Morando essa etapa é mais um passo importante no combate da disseminação do vírus em São Bernardo. “Com as crianças completando o ciclo vacinal, o convívio escolar fica mais seguro e o risco de um aluno transportar a Covid-19 para o ambiente familiar e infectar os adultos mais vulneráveis é menor. Consequentemente, as internações tendem a baixar e a rede de Saúde ganha fôlego para o tratamento das demais doenças”, reforçou.

2ª DOSE DE CORONAVAC – O agendamento para a segunda dose está disponível apenas para as crianças de 6 a 11 anos que foram vacinadas há pelo menos 28 dias com a primeira dose da Coronavac. De acordo com o secretário de Saúde, Dr. Geraldo Reple Sobrinho, crianças vacinadas com Pfizer pediátrica devem aguardar 56 dias para receberem a segunda dose. “Os fabricantes preveem intervalos diferentes entre as doses, mas a proteção conferida é bastante semelhante, por isso, o importante é se vacinar”, explicou.

VACINAÇÃO NAS ESCOLAS – São Bernardo será a primeira cidade da região a vacinar as crianças nas escolas municipais. A Prefeitura se antecipou ao anuncio da estratégia do Estado de São Paulo e já enviou os termos de assentimento aos pais, para que seus filhos possam ser imunizados durante o horário das aulas. “Os pais devem enviar o termo de autorização preenchido para a escola, tanto daqueles que irão receber a segunda dose como daqueles que ainda não iniciaram a vacinação contra a Covid-19”, complementou o prefeito Orlando Morando.

COBERTURA VACINAL – Até esta quinta-feira, a cobertura vacinal da primeira dose em crianças de 5 a 11 anos é de 70%. Ao todo, 52.059 doses foram aplicadas no grupo desta faixa etária desde o dia 14 de janeiro, quando foi iniciada a campanha de vacinação junto ao público infantil. No público maior de 18 anos, a cobertura vacinal é de 99,7%, considerando apenas a primeira dose ou a dose única, de 95,5% para segunda dose e dose única e de 57% para a dose de reforço. Entre adolescentes de 12 a 17 anos, a cobertura é de 95% para primeira dose ou dose única e de 85% para a segunda dose.
